Key Account manager
Steve brings 25 years of knowledge of how to get to the heart of what customers need and how to deliver that in the most efficient and user friendly manner. His experience of managing national accounts of major retailers and brands in the UK pet market and UK Industrial consumables markets together with his focus on top quality customer service made him an easy choice for our newly created Key Account manager position. His mission is to strengthen existing relationships into partnerships and reach new customers by flying the flag for Ambro’s services and expertise in existing, new and as yet unexplored industries.
On a personal note Steve tells me he is a huge Ice Hockey fan and can often be found watching his beloved Manchester Storm Ice Hockey team with his family.
Steve is excited to get started and help structure what is a new role within Ambro and is looking forward to meeting his new customers. He will be introducing himself personally in the coming weeks.
