Another week gone, in fact the first month of the year gone, and here we are with another of Phil’s Friday Thoughts.

During the month we have been going back to basics with new starter, Kevin McLean, who has taken on the role as Ambro’s telemarketer. Reaching out to customers is re-energizing and at first glance is going to be transformational in terms of insight helping to continually improve our offer and services.

Simply reaching out to customers and hearing that our previous contact has moved on we have been forgotten in too many cases is, as a business owner, heart breaking. As basic as it sounds, there is fundamental business lesson for me in maintaining contact.

The ripples of this process will be far reaching, providing major insight to forming business, marketing and sales plans, forming and maintaining stronger bonds with our customer base and ensuring contact is kept with those that aren’t even sure that we can help them yet.

 Ambro is here to help, but we can’t just wait for someone to ask for it. We have to ensure that everyone knows. So, now you know, give us a call and speak to one of our friendly Dedicated Account Managers.
